Description: Methods for causal inference with spatio-temporal data.
        Point process tools estimate causal effects over specified
        spatial and temporal windows from treatment and outcome events.
        Unit-level longitudinal tools estimate propensity scores and
        evaluate or learn stochastic treatment policies for discrete
